5. Structured Environment: Work typically occurs in office settings with established routines and clear career paths.

Cons:

1. High Stress: Deadlines, regulations, and the financial nature of the work can lead to high-stress situations.
2. Limited Creativity: Roles may be more structured, offering limited room for creative expression.
3. Sedentary Lifestyle: Office-based work can involve long periods of sitting, potentially impacting physical health.
